This role requires an outgoing personality, skilled in problem-solving and efficiently managing the front desk. A pay rate of $20.00/hour is offered, with shifts on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience required (hotel front desk, concierge, bellman, luxury customer service, etc.).
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Excellent appearance and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional greeting to all residents, guests, and visitors.
• Manage package delivery flow and notify residents.
• Complete daily shift reports and incident documentation.
