Job summary

Human Longevity, Inc. is seeking a Physician to join our precision medicine team in San Diego. You will deliver proactive, longevity-focused medical care, order and evaluate tests, and guide members with personalized health plans under the Medical Director's leadership.

As a clinician, you will lead a team, participate in telemedicine, and contribute to expanding our AI-driven longevity platform while maintaining a high standard of patient care and retention.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience as a primary care-oriented physician.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted California medical license.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage diverse clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care in examination, assessment and treatment.
• Perform tests and develop personalized longevity plans for members.
• Coordinate with nurses, technologists and clinicians to deliver care.
• Oversee clinical operations and contribute to telemedicine services.
• Develop health goals and manage client retention within a concierge model.
