Job summary

Ivy Living is hiring a Concierge for the Full Time PM shift (Sunday-Thursday) at Ivy Park-Cathedral Hill, a premier senior living community. The role involves greeting residents and visitors, managing calls, coordinating tours, and providing clerical support to the staff, all while upholding the company’s mission and care standards.

Qualifications include 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with MS Office. Prior hospitality or senior living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• For health and safety, vaccination or screening may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
• Manage the business center and process mail.Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
