Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Stateline, Idaho is seeking a guest services associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide information about the property and events. You will ensure a high quality guest experience by upholding our Purpose and Values Model and delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include driving and parking assignments, helping guests with room facilities, and assisting with luggage while maintaining safety and hospitality

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to greet guests and provide information about property and events.
• Willingness to assist guests with luggage and valet duties as needed.
• Capable of working in a casino/resort environment with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service and fosters positive interactions with guests and employees.
• Greets arriving guests, loads belongings, and delivers them safely to rooms or vehicles.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles; ability to drive manual transmissions.
• Promotes the Purpose and Values Model to ensure the highest quality guest experience.
• Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies.
• Assists hotel guests with luggage and provides information about property and events.
• Delivers prompt, courteous, efficient service to all guests.
• Orient guests to room facilities and features.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
