Job summary

Pinch is recruiting experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners in Washington DC to join our concierge aesthetics program on a 1099 basis. You’ll deliver high-quality injectables and aesthetic treatments in clients’ homes, with flexibility, autonomy, and support under a trusted brand.

As a provider with injectables experience and an active DC APRN license, you’ll set your schedule, manage client care, and grow your book through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active Washington DC APRN license.
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in clinical settings (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care (neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare).
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
• Manage supplies and follow Pinch protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow your book.
