Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Concierge to provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and vendors. You will be the face of the property, promoting community engagement and coordinating resident services and programs.

You will welcome residents, handle inquiries, assist with events, and market the property while maintaining strong relationships and a welcoming environment. Flexibility with schedule and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent follow up skills via email and phone.
  • Yardi experience a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.

  • Welcome residents, prospective residents, after hours package pickup, addressing inquiries and updating logs.
  • Provide resources and an open, welcoming environment for residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors.
  • Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
  • Market the property.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure open communication.
  • Assist with resident events and initiatives.
  • Social media posting, blogging, and Internet presence.
  • Work with site team to ensure events are sociable and pleasant.

Position Summary

The Concierge provides excellent customer services to all residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors. The Concierge is the face of the property and promotes a sense of community while organizing, coordinating, and implementing various resident services and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming residents, prospective residents, after hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, updating communication logs on active buildings etc
  • Provide resources to our customers and an open and welcoming environment for our residents, customers, vendors, and neighbors
  • Acquire a broad knowledge of the community and the surrounding area
  • Marketing the property
  • Maintain positive relationships with the residents to ensure that communication between residents and community representative is open and effective
  • Assist with resident events and initiatives
  • Social Media posting, Blogging, and Internet Presence
  • Work as part of the site team to ensure that each event is a sociable and pleasurable environment
  • Ensure that the Community Amenities area has proper inventory
  • Proactive communication with the Management for issues or concerns
  • Maintain work area to an appropriate level of presentation
Education And Experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

  • The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions
