Sagora in Waco seeks a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and coordinate front-desk activities at Asher Point of Waco. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a polished, professional image and smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer-service skills, multitasking ability, and basic tech know-how with Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role supports residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates as needed at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community as necessary for security procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
