Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a Concierge for Watercrest at Mansfield, a luxury independent living community in Mansfield, Texas. The role entails greeting residents and visitors, handling calls, signing in guests, and supporting front desk operations in the evenings, including maintenance coordination.

The position requires high school education, strong English communication, and prior customer service experience with active or senior adults.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.
• Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.
• The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer the telephone and direct calls or take messages.
• Ensure guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintain a neat, clean front desk area and manage supplies.
• Assist in submitting resident maintenance work orders.

Concierge, Part Time (Evenings)

TheConciergeis responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.
• Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.
• Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.
• Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.
• Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).
• Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.

Schedule:
