Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge for Ivy Park at Studio City, a premier senior living community in California. The role focuses on greeting visitors, handling resident requests, and supporting administrative staff with a strong emphasis on service quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years in hospitality or a senior living setting, excellent customer service, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a hospitality setting or senior living environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to resident requests with professionalism.
• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls promptly.
• Coordinate property tours and provide clerical support to staff.
• Monitor safety and ensure a secure environment for residents and guests.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, service‑oriented atmosphere.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting visitors, fulfilling resident requests, arranging tours of the property, answering a multi-line telephone, and providing clerical support to the administrative staff, in accordance with the company’s mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
