Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, California, is seeking a Concierge for Sea Bluffs Ivy Signature Living in Dana Point to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support in line with our mission and values.

The position offers a pay range of $19.00–$21.00 per hour DOE, with benefits for eligible team members. Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong customer service and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
