Windsor Communities is looking for a Concierge to join The Bravern in Bellevue, WA. You are the first welcoming face for residents and guests, delivering warm, personalized service in a fast-paced leasing environment.

The role involves front desk duties, handling switchboard calls, and providing outstanding service to residents and vendors. Weekend shifts are required (2-3 per month). Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Day to Day:

• Perform all front desk tasks including administrative tasks
• Respond to all incoming/outgoing telephone calls via switchboard
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents, prospects, and vendors
• Work weekends to be available when prospective residents are out looking for their new home. 2-3 weekends per month required

Your Skills:

• Property management/hospitality experience is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly: Starting at $22.16 or $46,092 annually. The full range is $22.16 - $27.70 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.

Scheduled Shifts:

• Monday - Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday - Saturday: 11 AM - 8 PM
• Sunday: OFF
