Job summary

Compass Group USA's Las Vegas Motor Speedway concession operation is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to lead multiple stands, supervise staff, and uphold safety and guest service standards throughout all operating hours.

You will ensure menu knowledge, correct presentation and pricing, inventory control, equipment handling, and strict adherence to payment integrity and food safety guidelines while performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.

Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.
