Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations at events. You will train staff, manage event day teams, and uphold high standards for food safety and customer service.

You will also ensure inventory accuracy, compliance with alcohol service policies, and adherence to sanitation guidelines while collaborating with teams across the venue. This role is on-site and requires flexibility for event schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be available to work all venue events, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

The Role

The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations.

• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

pay rate: $17/hour
