Job summary

Levy Sector is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for the University of Oklahoma Athletics, with a tentative start date of August 3rd. This role will manage operations across concession stands, lead team members, and ensure a positive guest experience during events.

Responsibilities include directing staff, monitoring menu offerings and pricing, inventory control, and adherence to cash handling and hygiene standards. Prior leadership experience is required.

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Job Summary

Summary: This position is located at the University of Oklahoma Athletics with a tentative start date of August 3rd. Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
