Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX, is seeking a part-time Concessions Supervisor to oversee stands during events and ensure top-quality service. The role is front- and back-of-house oriented with shift supervision duties and strict adherence to food standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (based on local restrictions).
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Clean driving record, able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Main liaison for the Tony C's concession and Moody management.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food regulation standards of the stand.
• Provide notable service to guests.
• Uphold Tony C's standards for food quality and presence.
• Perform beginning, ending, and waste counts.
• Post on Gigpro and staff stands according to the event size.
• Enter all Gigpro workers in and out times.
• Provide clear communication of what happens during events and address needs to GM of home store and Moody management.
• Oversee production during events and uphold all rules and guidelines.
