Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account at Americas Stadium—Rose Bowl Stadium. You will manage a team, ensure superior quality food, and maintain excellent client relations.

The role requires 2–4 years of fine dining management experience, strong food and wine knowledge, and purchasing acumen. Proficiency in MS Office and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree; foodservice management experience preferred.
• Two to four years of fine dining management experience required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine pairings; strong purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, MS Office proficiency.
• ServSafe certification preferred; beverage/food safety knowledge a plus.

Job Summary

Working as a Food Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations for a corporate dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
• Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
• Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
• Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
• ServSafe Certified preferred
