Job Summary

Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation
• Database and Point-of-Sale management
• Coordinates menus and displays for all food and beverage offerings in concession locations
• Works within provided guidelines and timelines
• Assists with presentations and conducts trainings
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with location managers and team members
• Works with location leaders to better the experience through displays, menus and guest connection
• Participates in event close-out duties and ensures all stand operating procedures are implemented
• Maintains office equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends - available for the majority of all events
