Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York is hiring seasonal Line Cooks to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will prepare dishes according to recipes and chef specifications, set up and operate kitchen equipment, and ensure sanitation and quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Line Cooks to join our team at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.

Pay

$19.80 – $19.80 / hour
