Job summary

Legends Global Stockton Complex is seeking a Concession Cook to work in the kitchen and concession stands, preparing items for events and daily operations. The role emphasizes fast-paced food production, high sanitation standards, and teamwork to serve guests at the facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food service experience, be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire.

Summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Concession Cook for Legends Global Stockton Complex. Responsible for working in the kitchen and/or in concession stands preparing food items for the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains organized sanitary workstation at all times.
• Properly labels and dates food items for storage.
• Assists in any and all food preparation.
• Minimize waste by controlling usage and following preset portioning.
• Follows approved recipes and production standards.
• Helps to maintain all Kitchen equipment and its cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

Education and/or Experience

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $17.75
