Job summary

Loomer (Pty) Ltd is seeking a graphic designer to interpret client briefs, logos and artwork, and to develop concept artwork and realistic product mock-ups. You will transform ideas into clear visual concepts, applying typography and layout principles, producing multiple options, and creating realistic product visuals with proper perspective and scale.

Proficiency with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is required, with a relevant Graphic Design qualification preferred and a

• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating Conceptual thinking, Branding, Layout design and Product visualisation.
• Experience with deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
• Practical experience using CorelDRAW is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements from job briefs, logos, artwork and supporting information.
• Develop professional conceptual artwork and realistic product mock-ups.
• Transform customer ideas into clear, visually appealing product concepts.
• Apply strong typography, visual hierarchy, layout, spacing and composition principles.
• Produce multiple design or concept options where appropriate.
• Create realistic product visualisations using correct perspective, proportion, scale and shape.
