No Sweat Work Media, aLondon-based creative agency, seeks an exceptional hands-on Art Director for potential pitches and projects. This expression of interest notes flexible start dates and bookings to be confirmed.

You will turn strategy into original campaigns, create visuals, and use AI tools to deliver presentation-ready imagery, working with London leadership and strategists. Exceptional creatives may be considered for committed bookings.

Qualifications

Experience at leading creative agencies such as Ogilvy, TBWA, Joe Public, M&C Saatchi or equivalent.
A portfolio demonstrating original campaign thinking and excellent visual craft.
Practical proficiency in Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or similar AI tools.
An understanding of UK and international brands, culture and audiences.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for making the work yourself.
Major advertising awards are advantageous.
Exceptional creatives in full-time employment may also be considered if they can meet the agreed commitments.

Responsabilités

Develop integrated campaign concepts across film, out-of-home, social and digital.
Create compelling visual treatments, mock-ups and storyboards.
Use AI visual-generation tools to produce polished, presentation-ready imagery.
Build persuasive creative presentations.
Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters and creative leadership in London.
Take ownership of your work and deliver to agreed deadlines.
