Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of COMSEC or security engineering experience.
• Foundational understanding of secure communications systems and cryptographic principles.
• Familiarity with DoD COMSEC policies, NSA guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and integration of COMSEC systems across IERUS programs.
• Collaborate with Software and Hardware Engineers to ensure secure communications architectures meet mission requirements.
• Develop and maintain COMSEC documentation, policies, procedures, and system specifications.
• Create and maintain Verification and Validation plans, RVTM, and test plans across hardware, software, and integration teams.
• Assist with lifecycle management of COMSEC equipment and keying material.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and directives related to COMSEC.
