Job summary

BrandsMart USA is seeking a Product Specialist for Computers to greet customers, provide product information, and drive sales of merchandise and extended service plans. The role emphasizes maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and accurate invoicing of service contracts.

You will also monitor competitors, keep displays clean and organized, and assist with store inventories while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read invoices and similar documents.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in customer contact.
• Fluency in language as required by location (English).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information.
• Sell merchandise and explain pricing policies.
• Explain and sell service contracts and ensure they’re added to invoices.
• Maintain strong product knowledge through training and self-learning.
• Monitor competitor activity and maintain display standards.
• Take physical inventories as required and keep selling areas clean.
• Assist with arranging or adjusting store displays.
