A dynamic and fast-paced IT company in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team As a Computer Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing complex computer systems within our organization You will work closely with our team of developers engineers and business analysts to identify business needs and develop effective solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and processes
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for system upgrades or changes
• Design and implement new computer systems or enhancements to existing systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of new systems
• Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure functionality and performance of new systems
• Train users on new systems and provide ongoing support
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java C++ or Python
• Experience with database management systems SQL Oracle
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
