Job summary

TruBest Enterprise Solutions LLC in Springfield is seeking a Computer Security Analyst to analyze data and strengthen IT security controls for compliance with NIST and RMF.

You will collect, validate, and manage cybersecurity assessment data, prepare compliance documentation and reporting for stakeholders, and support risk assessments, vulnerability tracking, and remediation verification while collaborating with cybersecurity engineers, ISSOs, and project managers to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in cybersecurity or IT risk/compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of NIST security controls (NIST SP 800-53, RMF).
• Experience with compliance documentation, risk assessments, and security control testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with government cybersecurity requirements is a plus.
