Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an advanced data scientist for the National Security team to advance analytics, AI, and ML methodologies. You will lead data exploration, model operationalization, and cloud-enabled analytics, collaborating with stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.

You’ll develop and shape predictive modeling, publish research, and contribute to industry-facing publications while advancing mission-focused data science across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or computer science fields
• 2+ years of experience using data science programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with version control tools, including git, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methods
• Ability to design and develop automated analytic software, techniques, and algorithms
• Ability to develop solutions and integrate and extend free and open-source software (FOSS) or COTS products
• Ability to generate data visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or ArcGIS
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or Social Science, or 4+ years of experience in statistics, data science and social science in lieu of a degree

You Have:

3+ years of experience in data science, engineering, analytics, or computer science fields

2+ years of experience using data science programming languages such as Python or R

Experience with version control tools, including git, GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket

Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning met hods

Ability to design and develop automated analytic sof tware, techniques, and algorithms

Ability to develop solutions and integrate and extend free and open-source sof tware ( FOSS ) or COTS products

Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
