The Computer Programmer / Data Scientist supports the full spectrum of data-driven evaluation activities for the CRCCP, including data ingestion, management, validation, modeling, and analytic output development. This role ensures that complex datasets and models are built, maintained, and documented to support reproducible, policy-relevant analyses.

The Data Scientist works collaboratively with economists, social scientists, and project leadership to operationalize analytic designs, implement microsimulation or scenario modeling, and generate high-quality tables, figures, and datasets. This position is essential to maintaining analytic integrity, transparency, and technical rigor across all quantitative components of the evaluation.
