You will develop and set up programs for new parts and support ongoing production, collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure on-time launches and quality outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years of machining with programming experience, strong blueprint reading, GD&T, and meticulous inspection using micrometers, calipers, and vision systems.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' Machining with Programming Experience.
• Proficient Blueprint Reading and knowledge of GD&T.
• Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with teammates and Management.
• Must be comfortable working with small close tolerance parts as well as using a Microscope for visual inspections.

A business specializing in manufacturing medical devices is hiring a CNC Programmer / Medical CNC Programmer to support both new part development and ongoing production.

In the Computer Numerical Control Programmer role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Production teams to optimize workflows, drive improvements, and ensure the successful launch of new projects.

Pay: $30 - $40 p/hour
Hours: 6 am to 4 pm, Monday - Thursday
Schedule: 10 hour shift, 4 days a week, no weekend shifts
Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Additional responsibilities include training team members to uphold quality and production standards, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, and maintaining production efficiency. The role also involves performing first article and in-process inspections using a variety of precision tools, including micrometers, calipers, gage pins, thread gages, drop indicators, and vision/probing measuring equipment.
