Job summary

Action Machine, a full-service CNC machine shop in South Bend, Indiana, seeks a Machine Shop Manager to lead daily operations on the shop floor and ensure on-time, quality production. You will apply hands-on leadership, G-code programming expertise, and strong customer/supplier relations to optimize workflow, troubleshoot issues, and quote jobs.

Standard hours are Mon-Fri 7 am–3:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a CNC shop floor and coordinating production.
• Strong G-code programming and CNC setup knowledge.

Machine Shop Manager

• Trusted, dependable, and proactive.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Machinist at Action Machine. The Machinist Standard work hours: Mon-Fri 7 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime and some Saturdays as required by workload.
