Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to produce precision aerospace components across multiple shifts in a clean, collaborative environment. Shifts include 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, and a 4th shift on weekends with 36 hours paid as 40 and overtime afterwards.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC Lathes, Mills, Grinders, EDM, and balancing machines; inspecting parts to drawings and GD&T; maintaining documentation; and keeping a safe,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years' experience with lathes, grinders, mills, EDM, or balancing machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with aerospace materials (SST, Inconel, Hastelloy X, Aluminum) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Machine precision components to engineering, blueprint, and manufacturing specifications.
• Perform inspections and visual checks for quality and compliance.

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists for multiple shifts to produce precision aerospace components in a clean, collaborative team environment.

Shifts Available:

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• 4th Shift (Weekend) – Typically 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 | Overtime after 36 hours

• Set up and operate CNC Lathes, Mills, Grinders, EDM, Balancing Machines, Shapers, and manual machines
• Machine precision components to engineering, blueprint, and manufacturing specifications

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 60 lbs, and reach above shoulder height
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Security Clearance if needed
• $25.00 – $37.50/hour + competitive shift premiums
