The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist position is a full-time, 2nd shift, on-site role located in Kaukauna, WI. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include selecting tooling, performing machine offsets and adjustments, monitoring machining processes, and verifying part dimensions with appropriate measuring instruments. The CNC Machinist will interpret blueprints, maintain equipment, follow established safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve machining issues. The role also involves documenting work performed, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, and supporting efficient production workflows.
