Hypertech USA is seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our production team in Ventura, CA. You will operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision components, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, interpreting blueprints, and performing measurements with calipers and gauges. Training is provided; candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in shifts with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC operation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Able to read technical drawings and blueprints

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and monitor production runs

Multiple Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (flexible) — work 36 hours, paid for 40

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Job Summary

Hypertech USA is looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components to spec, keeping production moving while making sure every part meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate and monitor CNC machinery (mills, lathes) for production runs
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain part quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escape technical issues as needed

Quality & Inspection

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Ensure all parts meet dimensional and visual standards

Maintenance & Documentation

• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
• Accurately complete work orders, inspection records, and production reports
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately
• Communicate with team members and supervisors on production status
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Support other departments/production areas as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Basic knowledge of machining processes and materials
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools
• Good math and mechanical aptitude
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
