Big Spring ISD is seeking a Computer Lab Aide to assist students and teachers in the campus computer lab at Marcy Elementary. You will help with computers, printers, and instructional software, and support data entry and student progress tracking.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a Texas instructional aide certificate, plus 2 years of experience with children. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Primary Purpose:
Work under general supervision to assist students and teachers in use of computers and educational software in campus computer lab.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Texas instructional aide certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of basic computer operations and skills
Ability to operate personal computer and educational software
Ability to work with students and teachers effectively
Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
2 year experience working with children

None.

Tools/Equipment Used:Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals; standard instructional equipment
Posture:Moderate standing; occasional kneeling, squatting, bending, and stooping
