  • Collaborate with design, layout, and process engineering teams to identify and resolve workflow, automation, and tool integration challenges.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training and support for engineering users.
  • Leverage AI‑assisted tools and technologies, where appropriate, to improve development efficiency, workflow automation, and design enablement processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated programming and software development experience with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting and automation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
  • Ability to learn and apply AI‑enabled tools or technologies to support engineering productivity and workflow improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI and Agentic AI creation.
  • Experience programming in Python and SKILL.
  • Academic or industry background in VLSI, IC design, semiconductor design methodologies, or CAD/EDA tools.
  • Experience with schematic capture, physical layout, simulation, verification, or related design flows.
  • Understanding of CMOS implementation tradeoffs, including area, performance, and power optimization.
  • Experience developing, supporting, or improving EDA design flows, automation solutions, or engineering infrastructure.
