Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a seasoned Computed Tomography Technologist in Detroit, MI to perform CT scans per physician instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT equipment with an emphasis on safety and high image quality.

The role requires strong patient communication and adherence to radiologic protocols, with shift patterns and benefits aligned to a hospital setting in Detroit.

Qualifications

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography as required by employer.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience performing contrast administration and CT protocols in a hospital radiology/CT environment.

Job description

Become a vital part of a Detroit, MI hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist. You will accurately execute physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and operate CT imaging equipment to support diagnostic patient care. This role requires attention to safety, image quality, and patient communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years CT technologist experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology

• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 3x12 night shifts in an acute care hospital setting
• Prior use of advanced CT equipment and PACS systems
