Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to operate CT, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment. The role requires ARRT certification and state RT licensure, with multi-modality capability and at least three modalities performed routinely.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology (Bachelor’s preferred) and 3+ years of imaging experience, with CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold Radiologic Tech (RT) certification in the state of practice.
• ARRT certifications required: CT or MR or NM or RDMS/other eligible modalities.
• Current certification in at least one modality and ability to perform duties in at least one additional modality (CT, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography or PET).
• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; Master's degree preferred.
• Three years of technical imaging experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment.
• Assist in achieving department objectives and meet imaging service goals.
• Perform at least three modalities regularly to support patient care.
• Contribute to a safe, efficient and patient-centered imaging environment.
