Qualifications

• Experience working with protein language models and structure prediction.
• Strong understanding of different algorithms in protein engineering problems.
• Ability to discuss advantages and disadvantages of various computational models.

Responsibilities

• Teach users best practices in protein engineering and platform usage.
• Run demos and onboarding sessions to enhance customer understanding.
• Lead design and ideation for new product features based on user feedback.

Skills

Knowledge of computational protein engineering stack

Programming in Python or R

Communication skills
