Job summary

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense teams manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships faster and cheaper. You will join a cross‑disciplinary team delivering high‑performance geometry and CAD/CAM integrations into production.

The role centers on computational geometry in manufacturing, collaborating with machining, metrology, welding, and casting specialists. You will help design end‑to‑end systems for reliability in production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (CS/Math/Physics).
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python with production experience.
• Experience with CAD systems or geometric modeling (OpenCascade/Parasolid).
• GPU-accelerated computing experience in production or performance-critical contexts.
• Comfort building and exposing systems via web services (gRPC, SQL, TypeScript, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Build systems that analyze CAD models to drive manufacturability decisions and generate manufacturing processes.
• Develop high‑performance geometry and analysis pipelines in C++ and Python, including GPU-accelerated workflows.
• Integrate with CAD/CAM systems such as NX, hyperMILL, and other engineering tools.
• Own system performance and reliability in production‑testing, profiling, and continuous improvement.
• Help expose internal capabilities through APIs and web‑based tools for company-wide use.
• Engage with domain experts to tackle ambiguous, real‑world problems across manufacturing and software.
