OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to work on air compressors and rotating equipment. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and maintain service reports while upholding safety and customer relations.

You'll receive hands-on training through Air Academy and supplier programs, a company vehicle, and clear paths for advancement as you grow your technical expertise in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with rotary screw and oil-free/oil-flooded air compressor service preferred.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
• Coachable and eager to learn.

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and sell repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain compliance.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked with tools and parts.
• Respond to urgent calls and minimize downtime.
• Represent OTC professionally and build strong customer relationships.
