Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide failure analysis and recommendations to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to identify service growth opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and sell recommended repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance solutions to customers.
• Complete accurate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and recommendations, complying with company standards.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with tools, parts, and equipment for efficient service methods.
• Represent OTC professionally, building strong customer relationships and trust.
• Apply technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet service goals and support continuous improvement.
• Respond to urgent service calls and provide rapid solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a technical advisor to customers.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Stay current on new technologies and service techniques through ongoing training.

Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $30.00/hr. to $50.00/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide comprehensive failure analysis and develop actionable recommendations to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for service growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and sell recommended repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance solutions to customers, ensuring long-term equipment health and cost savings.
• Complete accurate service reports detailing work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations, maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Keep service vehicle stocked with proper tools, parts, and equipment to enable efficient, factory-approved service methods.
• Represent OTC with a positive, professional image, while building strong customer relationships and trust.
• Apply advanced mechanical and technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.
• Work closely with team members and management to meet service goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to urgent service calls and provide rapid solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, build trust, and act as a technical advisor to customers.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
