We are seeking a Rotating Equipment Engineer for our Owensboro, KY office.
The Rotating Equipment Engineer is responsible for performance engineering, technical oversight, and advanced troubleshooting of large rotating equipment across the natural gas pipeline system, including compressors, drivers (motors, engines, and turbines), and all skid-mounted auxiliary systems. The engineer serves as the subject matter expert and owner’s engineer for rotating assets, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation by focusing on performance optimization, reliability improvement, emissions compliance, upgrade opportunities, and root‑cause analysis. The position supports day‑to‑day operations and long‑term asset optimization initiatives and works cross‑functionally with Field Operations, Operations Engineering, Project Execution, Asset Integrity, and vendors to maintain asset integrity, minimize unplanned downtime, and enhance overall performance and lifecycle of rotating equipment.
