Job summary

MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. is expanding its production team at the Piscataway, NJ facility and is seeking an experienced Production Operator for compression processes. The role requires adhering to cGMP, FDA and OSHA guidelines while operating, cleaning, and setting up manufacturing equipment.

The candidate will document logbooks and batch records, manage label/tag procedures for each stage, and ensure room cleanliness. English proficiency and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years compression experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience reading batch manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to read/write in English and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate/Clean/Setup all manufacturing equipment in the Manufacturing area per cGMP, Batch docs and SOPs.
• Document logs and batch records; label and tag manufacturing stages.
• Clean manufacturing rooms and maintain cleanroom standards; log and tag as required.
• Follow production and packaging schedules and changeovers; verify cleanliness of storage parts.
• Prepare startup samples for IPQA approval and reconcile batch records post-run.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and inform Production Supervisor.

Job Title: Production Operator, Compression

MSN Pharmaceuticals Inc. is one of the fastest-growing, research-based generic pharmaceutical companies. We are expanding and looking for experienced professionals to join our Production Department at our state-of-the-art facility in Piscataway, NJ.

• Operate/Clean/Setup all Manufacturing Equipment in the Manufacturing area and operate as per the cGMP, Batch documents and SOP guidelines. Follow and comply with safety /OSHA/FDA regulations in completing job duties.
• Perform the documentation (Logbooks and Batch records) required for all the Manufacturing Equipment’s Operation/Cleaning/Setup including the Label/Tag for respective Manufacturing stage.
• Cleaning of the Manufacturing rooms as per the cGMP and SOP and completing the documentation into logbook and also placing cleaned/to be cleaned tags for the Manufacturing room.
• Follow with Manufacturing and Packaging schedule and any related changeovers. Check the change parts in the storage area for cleanliness and logbook documentation
• Perform the startup samples for IPQA approval before batch startup and perform reconciliation process and documentation in the batch record after the batch is complete.
• Perform the troubleshooting for any equipment/process related during the batch processing by duly making note in the batch records and informing the Production Supervisor.

Education & Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years minimum Compression experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory
• Must have Pharmaceutical Industry experience to be considered
• Reading and Batch manufacturing documentation skills
• Ability to read /write in English and follow instructions and safety guidelines as per SOPs
• Salary based on experience and skillsets
