We offer an established referral base, immediate patient volume, and a collaborative environment alongside four ophthalmologists and one optometrist dedicated to exceptional patient care. Starting salary ranges from $300,000–$400,000 plus bonus, with potential to reach $600,000+ in later years.

Eye Surgeons Associates is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Fellowship-Trained Ophthalmologist to join our growing, privately owned (not private equity) practice.

With established locations in Livonia, Canton, and Monroe, our practice offers an outstanding opportunity to build a busy practice in a collegial, collaborative environment alongside 4 ophthalmologists and 1 optometrist dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

We offer:

• Established referral base with immediate patient volume
• Years 1 & 2: Starting salary $300,000–$400,000 + bonus
• Years 3+: Competitive percentage of collections with partnership opportunity and earning potential of $600,000+
