Eye To Eye Careers seeks a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist in Westminster, MD to join a well-established practice. The role involves treating medical, surgical, and laser cases with strong support teams and modern EMR systems.

The position offers a very competitive compensation package including a base salary of $350,000+ plus production bonuses, sign-on bonus, relocation reimbursement, student loan assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed ophthalmologist (MD/DO) required.
• Board certification preferred or eligible.
• Experience in medical, surgical, and laser patient management.

Responsibilities

• See medical, surgical, and laser ophthalmology patients.
• Serve on-call for own patient panel via triage.
• Work 4 clinic days + 1 ASC day per week; potential part-time options.

Join an established practice looking for a Full-time Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to see medical, surgical, and laser patients.

Details:

• Westminster, MD




• 5 days a week = 4 days in clinic + 1 day in ASC




• 4 days a week and Part Time options available




• 30-40 patients per day




• Great Tech & Scribe Support




• Call Schedule: Responsible for their own patients on call via triage




• Updated technology including EMA, EHR, Nextgen PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Very strong compensation package: Salary ($350,000 or more, + Production Bonus)
