Job summary

Spokane Eye Clinic in Spokane, WA is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join a 26-provider ophthalmology group with glaucoma, cornea, refractive, pediatric, and retina specialists. You'll practice 3 clinic days and 1 day in the ASC-based OR, surrounded by skilled techs and an ASC center with ample diagnostic equipment.

The ideal candidate is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist (Glaucoma acceptable), patient-focused, collaborative, and eager to contribute to both clinical and surgical

Qualifications

• Comprehensive ophthalmology with clinical and surgical excellence.
• Patient-focused, collaborative, and motivated.
• Willing to participate in both clinical duties and surgical procedures and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care in clinic and OR settings.
• Collaborate with glaucoma, cornea, retina subspecialists and mentor staff.
• Aim to build a busy, sustainable practice with strong referral networks.

Comprehensive Ophthalmologist (4-day Week) – Spokane, WA

Join a Leading Ophthalmology Practice in the Pacific Northwest

Spokane Eye Clinic is seeking a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our thriving physician-led group in Spokane, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established group and work alongside a collaborative team of subspecialists in a highly respected regional practice.

You will be joining a group of 26 providers (16 MDs, 10 ODs), including glaucoma, cornea, refractive, pediatric, and retina specialists, with strong internal referral networks and significant unmet demand across the region. This position is designed to support both immediate patient access needs and long-term succession planning, offering the incoming physician the ability to quickly build a busy and sustainable practice.

Position Highlights:

• Immediate access to a large established patient base
• 3 days clinic + 1 day OR (ASC-based) Weekly
• Dedicated clinical space with outstanding diagnostic equipment and skilled techs
• Onsite ASC and laser center with experienced staff
• Collaborative environment with mentorship and surgical support

• Shared call rotation with large physician group
