Full-time ophthalmology with a strong surgical component: cataract and anterior segment, glaucoma medical and surgical management including MIGS, and general medical eye care. Surgical volume from day one through established referral relationships, with autonomy to build your own panel. Cornea, medical retina, and glaucoma-trained surgeons welcome. Call is shared and light.
BC/BE ophthalmologist, California licensed or eligible, comfortable across anterior segment surgery. Glaucoma fellowship a plus, not required. Proactive about referral relationships and genuinely interested in ownership. New graduates and experienced surgeons both encouraged to apply.
