Job description

A well established (30 years) multi-specialty ophthalmology practice is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist. Interest in partnership track is beneficial. Entry level and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply. Four ophthalmologists, one optometrist practice with part-time retina specialists looking to add an associate for expansion and anticipation of a retiring partner. Comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a strong interest in anterior segment and glaucoma surgeries are welcomed to apply as are Cornea/Glaucoma/Anterior Segment specialists.

Fully owned by physicians (no private equity, no hospital ownership), the office offers a congenial atmosphere with an optimal work-life balance. Practice has two offices, each with optical dispensary. Main office is modern state of the art 11,000 sq.ft., 17 lane clinic with newly renovated optical shop. Both offices are located in The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts, including a new satellite office. We are seeking an ethical competent surgeon to provide medical and surgical ophthalmic care. This physician owned practice, with optical shops, allows opportunity for growth, high earning potential, with control of your own schedule and practice. Practice is currently growing due to several recent retirements of local providers. One to two year partnership track for the right candidate will be offered. A physician owned ambulatory surgical center and real estate with potential for buy-in is available as well.
