Job summary

Grene Vision Group in Kansas is seeking a BC/BE Cataract Surgeon to join our expanding team in a high-volume surgical cataract and refractive practice. You will provide comprehensive clinical care and perform cataract surgeries within our established referral network.

This role offers a guaranteed base salary for 2 years plus a production model, relocation assistance, 20 days PTO, CME allowance, and a strong physician-focused culture with growth and partnership potential.

For more than 100 years, Grene Vision Group has been a trusted leader in ophthalmic care throughout Kansas. With 18 established locations, over 35 optometrists, and 5 ophthalmologists, our organization continues to grow rapidly while maintaining a strong reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Due to continued growth and increasing surgical demand, we are seeking a BC/BE Cataract Surgeon to join our expanding team. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into immediate, high-volume surgical and clinical cataract practice within a well-established referral network.
