Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate caregivers in Hopkins and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with ADLs, provide companionship and monitor health indicators while following care plans.

Roles include driving clients to appointments, light housekeeping, and using apps to document care tasks. We offer competitive pay ($18–$21/hour), weekend differential, PTO, 401K, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules for both full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience as a caregiver for adults or nursing assistant training (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Able to pass background checks and TB screening.
• Willing to drive personal vehicle for client transport.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Able to read, comprehend and clearly speak English.
• Own smartphone for texts, emails and apps.
• Capable of working in a home setting with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and transportation to appointments.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Document tasks and view care plans via apps on a smartphone.

We are seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Hopkins surrounding areas such as Minnetonka, Wayzata, Hopkins, Eden Prairie, and Plymouth. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

We are urgently hiring for comprehensive personal caregivers who can work in Wayzata every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7am to 7pm. Must be able to stay at the client's home until the next caregiver arrives.

Essential Duties:

• Assist male and female clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
• Assistwith mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assistwith meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
• Drive clients to appointments or social outings
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed
• Utilizeyour smart phone to send texts and emails and to download and use apps to view care plans and record tasks and to send texts and emails

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Experience as a caregiver for adults or nursingassistancetraining (or equivalent) - Valid Driver's License and active Auto Insurance
• Able to pass a background check

• Willing to do personal cares for males and females
• Capableoflifting upto 25 pounds
• Ability to read, comprehend and clearly speak English
• Possess and use a smartphone, which includes sending texts and emails, downloading and using Apps, and completing online training
• Able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision
• High moral standards of honesty and integrity
• Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record check, reference checks, and TB screening
• Engage clients in activities of interest
• Follow care plans and accurately document tasks
• Willing to drive up to 25 miles to a shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in in-home care, long-term care, assisted living, dementia care, or nursing homes
• Skilled in personal cares such as bathing/showering/sponge baths, gait belt/transfers, toileting assistance, dressing/grooming
• Medication administration experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulationsand familiarity with client rights and home care practices
