Job summary

Vertisis Custom Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for its Front-End Operations. The role supports physicians, practices, patients, and internal teams from receipt through fulfillment and delivery, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate brings accuracy, customer service, and teamwork to ensure efficient prescriptions, labeling, pickup, and shipping under guidance from pharmacists.

Qualifications

Arizona Pharmacy Technician Trainee License is required.
Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred.
Experience with data entry and customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer calls and provide professional customer service to physicians, medical practices, patients, couriers, and internal teams.
Receive prescriptions and enter required data into pharmacy software accurately.
Support prescription filling, labeling, pickup, and shipping within the assigned workflow.
Maintain labels, logs, transaction records, and required documentation.
Communicate missing information and escalate appropriately to pharmacists or leadership.
